Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sentiment Stream (the “App”), provided by Service Innovations (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Sentiment Stream is an application for the LiveChat platform that analyzes chats in your LiveChat account and presents customer-sentiment insights. Your use of LiveChat remains governed by your agreement with Text, Inc.

2. Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LiveChat account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and with LiveChat’s terms and policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the chat data that the App analyzes, and for meeting your own privacy obligations to your customers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or other accounts’ data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use the App to process data you are not authorized to process.

4. Data

Our handling of data processed through the App is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the App and provide it to you.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective date” above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Disclaimers

Sentiment scores, summaries, and topic labels are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided to assist your team and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On termination, the data-deletion process described in our Privacy Policy applies.
